We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE for a temporary position in our Clinical Data Science & Analytics team until 30. Apr.2024. You will have the possibility to work in a global environment and utilize your project management & IT skills while shaping the Future of Clinical Trials. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will offer project management support for Future Clinical Trials by coordinating different workstreams on the project and collaborate with the workstream leads. Your responsibility area may consist of the following:

• Administrating vendor/contract, work according to agreement, follow up those deliverables are received and accepted by Bayer teams, ensure invoices are received according to progress and agreements
• Managing and coordinating project related meetings and follow-ups, prepare agendas for meetings, and collect input workstream leads as well as other subject matter experts
• Updating budget estimates and prepare forecasts based on workstream progress and signed agreements together with the Project Team
• Managing and administrating contract processes, with respective team members and vendors
• Preparing and updating timeline plans according to agreements and instructions
• Support Business Finland bi-annual reporting as applicable
• Be the go-to person for questions for team members and enabling support for other internal functions (e.g. accounting, legal, etc.)

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent/higher), preferably in the fields of Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Informatics, Economics and/or Business Development
• Knowledge on project management, contracting and budgeting is necessary
• Ability to work on structured and organized manner as well as under tight timelines.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, Teams etc)
• Knowledge in Python/Machine learning/Real-world data/Microsoft Azure is a plus
• You have written and spoken English language skills in a professional level
• Ability to work and run projects effectively in a global environment and in project team settings.
• Flexible, proactive and positive attitude and mindset
