Key Customer Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, highly resilient, and confident Key Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Estonia team. Your role is to plan and implement sales to specific, major accounts and territories, where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and account management skills are critical. The position is available as of October 1st, 2023 until return of maternity leave employee . You will be reporting directly to Customer Engagement Manager Estonia.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies key decision makers, influencers and gatekeepers in the assigned accounts/ regions/ territories and develops an effective network
- Identifies and anticipates future customer needs and delivers solutions through mobilizing right internal resources and stakeholders
- Self-develops brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools
- Tailors information and channel choice based on HCPs' preference to build trustful & long-term customer relationship
- Acts as a key interface between customers leveraging all relevant communication channels and all relevant internal stakeholders
- Continuously enriches the customer understanding by capturing in the SF CRM system and take advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights
- Monitors competitive activity in each account/region/territory and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated with involvement of relevant internal stakeholders
- Responsible for organizing promotional events for HCPs in/outside healthcare institutions in accordance with applicable laws as well as presenting to HCPs groups
- Digital savvy: Utilizes the advantages of digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions
- Provides input and communicates the customer feedback to brand team for promotional campaigns
- Takes active part in tender management on account
WHO YOU ARE
you have:
- University degree or comparable education in medicine, pharmaceuticals or similar
- Successful track in sales at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong digital mindset, capabilities, and confidence towards omnichannel usage
- Strong communication, building relationship and networking skills and ability to organize yourself
- High independence
- Willingness and ability to adapt quickly to changes and digital savvy
- Ability to balance customer orientation with business objectives
- Fluent in Estonian language and English
