Finland is a base for global pharmaceutical production, research & development and worldwide clinical trials. In Finland, Bayer employs over 1000 people, located in Espoo and Turku.
We are currently seeking an HR Partner for a permanent position to join our HR team. In this role, you will support both the Espoo and Turku organizations, preferably located in Espoo. Success in this role requires commitment to working onsite several days a week and working at both sites is required on a weekly basis.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Your role is to drive business success by providing HR partnership and support to leaders in divisions and functions in our Espoo and Turku sites
• You will serve as the point of contact in all HR related matters and ensure coordination with relevant parties that decisions are in alignment with our overall Finnish/Nordic HR policies and practices
• You will be responsible of managing a wide range of HR issues such as employment relationship issues, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, health and well-being in close cooperation with your HR colleagues and both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaboration with HR professionals across our North Europe country group is an essential part of your work as well
• You will support organizational changes by providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective and lead change management initiatives.
• You will support leaders and employees on cultural transformations and in new operational model implementation
• You will develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, talent development, talent retention and initiatives to promote DE&I within the organization
• You will analyze HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and driving improvements is essential
WHO YOU ARE
• We expect you to have a relevant academic degree and min. 3 years of broad experience within the HR areas mentioned
• Being our new team member, you bring a positive and creative mindset, appreciating the importance of strong accountability and flexibility in your work
• We expect you to have proper consulting, negotiation and interpersonal skills as well as being able to drive own initiatives and not least, a genuine interest in working with people
• You have proven track record on engaging and empowering employees to adapt to organizational changes
• You possess sufficient knowledge about Finnish employment law, regulations and collective agreements
• We appreciate any earlier experience working within an international group covering different businesses, and value willingness to learn and determination to continuously develop your own field of work
• Great asset is also to possess strong solution orientation, prioritization skills and the ability to collaborate closely with others while also being able to work independently
• As part of our international organization, you communicate fluently in both English and Finnish
