Bayer's Crop Science division is engaged in plant protection, varietal seeds and non-agricultural products. We are looking for a proactive, resilient and highly skilled Sales Agronomist to join our pan-Baltic team of dedicated agriculture professionals in Estonia.. We offer 1-year contract with possibility to prolong.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in strategy development and execution for strong long-term client relationships specific to each account, supported by sales/delivery programs
- Keep the responsibility to regularly review and identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy
- Analyze and translate data and observations into actionable recommendations for business growth and solutions
- Take the lead in planning how to establish and maintain major account relationships and customer sales targets within the full line of products
- Regularly track performance vs plans to actively contribute in forecasting process
- Develop deeper customer insight and feedback to relevant departments on local market dynamics, competitor intelligence as well as impact of Bayer driven activities
- Keep in mind and monitor that the account sales strategies are in line with global company targets and values
- Participate in development of sales strategies for national accounts
- Maintain consistent, constant and open cross - functional communication and collaboration within own team and other relevant stakeholders
- Create and carry the image of Bayer as compliant, credible, respectful and responsible company, offering sustainable solutions that meet customer needs the best
- Establish trustful long-lasting relationship with key customers, keep customer loyalty at highest level
WHO YOU ARE
A candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in agronomy
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales and/or agronomy
- Full knowledge of the product line and its applications
- Good communication skills are needed for building up loyal relationship with customers
- Pro-activity, quick decision-making and flexibility in managing unexpected challenges are needed for efficient performance
- Strong planning and organizational skills when developing successful key account strategy
- Fluency in Estonian and English
- B-category driving license
