We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to work for Bayer Pharmaceutical in the Finnish market and be part of an exciting journey where the needs of our customers and our vision "We are bold teams advancing Nordic Healthcare" is in the center of everything we do. This is a permanent field-based position with a strong focus on customer interaction and collaboration. We work in the DSO (Dynamic Shared Ownership) spirit meaning individual empowerment and accountability, a strong customer and outcomes focus with a good possibility of development within and beyond current role.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orchestrates and executes customer omni-channel engagements in defined territory/accounts aligned to decided campaigns
- Tailors information and channel choice based on HCPs' preference, to build trustful & long-term customer relationships. Establishes and maintains contacts with thought leaders / stakeholders and customers
- Achieves territory / accounts sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned brands
- Self-develops with latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools
- Enriches the customer understanding by capturing it in the CRM system and takes advantages of the technology and valuable data and insights
- Digital savvy: Utilizes the advantages of digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions
- Leverages multidisciplinary collaboration to maximize customer experience
- Must follow local Compliance code, local laws and policies
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree or comparable education in medicine, commercial, pharmaceuticals or similar
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferable), KAM working and digital savvy
- Strong digital mindset, capabilities, and confidence towards omnichannel usage
- Strong ability to think economically and act accordingly
- Willingness and ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Very good networking skills and the ability to organize him/herself
- High independence and intrinsic motivation
- Willingness to work in a team
- Ability to balance customer orientation with business objectives
- Fluent in Finnish and English
