We are looking for a field-based medical advisor professional to work for Bayer Pharmaceutical in the Swedish market and be part of an exciting journey where the needs of our customers and our vision "We are bold teams advancing Nordic Healthcare" is in the center of everything we do. This is a field-based position with a strong focus on customer interaction and collaboration. We work in the DSO spirit meaning individual empowerment and accountability, a strong customer and outcomes focus with a good possibility of development within and beyond current role.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be an active and integral part in the local x-functional enterprise. Responsible and accountable for reviewing, interpreting and disseminating data and relevant field insights to optimize and manage content according to the local brand plan and strategy.
- Be the internal and external scientific expert for the relevant therapeutic area(s) and the point-of-contact for relevant TLs
- Develop strong and trustful relationship with relevant Thought Leaders including data dissemination and co-creation.
- Arrange scientific meetings as well as presents to groups of HCPs and other customers
- Support in achieving best possible conditions when it comes to guidelines, listings and tenders
- Self-develop with latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools
- Leverage multidisciplinary collaboration to maximize customer experience
- Contribute to design, updates and implementation of tailored action plans and value solutions for key customers/accounts in close collaboration with other involved functions
- Provide input and communicates the customer feedback to the relevant functions for promotional campaigns and insights
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University degree in the life-science field (M.Sc), PhD is an advantage
- >2 years’ experience in Life Science/pharma with good knowledge about Swedish healthcare system and local regulations
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
- Strong customer focus with good communication skills
- Eager to seek and identify areas of mutual interest for collaboration with external stakeholders
- Proven interpersonal skills, ability to establish solid relations both internally and externally, a team player with willingness to develop within and beyond position
- Strong focus on outcomes, accountability and delivery
- Advantage for candidates having experience in oncology and solid tumors, especially prostate cancer
